Barely darkens - Inside a motorcycle helmet

These are comfortable glasses, and the anti-fog feature works fairly well. However, they barely darken at all even in extremely bright sunlight worn inside a motorcycle helmet. You might as well wear nothing! The image on the left is taken with nothing in front of the camera, and the image on the right has the lens of the glasses in front of it. The difference is almost imperceptible!

Update: Customer service for this product is remarkable. During our exchange, I learned that I may be using these glasses for application for which they’re not intended, namely with a motorcycle helmet. In fact, when I tested the glasses as indicated, in open sunlight, they darkened significantly. Nevertheless, they provided a full refund, and were both gracious and fast about it.
